Steps to Getting Your License
Policies & Rules
•No Refunds will be given. Registration is non-transferrable.
•Attendance is closely monitored. No student will be allowed into class if more than 10 minutes late.
•Credit will not be given if the student leaves early. Attendance is called at the beginning and end of class.
•All 18 Sessions & School Tests must be completed within 6 months of registration. Sessions may be attended in any order & you may repeat any class(es) at no extra charge.
•If all sessions and tests are not completed within 6 months of sign up date, a $79 extension for 3 additional months must be purchased to complete sessions and testing. No more than 2 extensions from date of sign up.
•If the 18 sessions and tests are not completed within 1 year of sign up, you must complete the 90 hours again for a discounted rate of $249. ***You may need to purchase new books if updated versions have been released since you last attended***
•A calculator is mandatory. A phone may not be used. Students must use a PC, laptop or tablet to log in to class.
•Student acknowledges that they may be contacted by several brokerages.
•Policies and procedures are subject to change without prior notice.
STEP ONE
Complete 96 Hours of Approved Pre-Licensing Education. This is comprised of 90 hours of pre licensing and an additional 6 hour Introduction to Contract Writing (additional cost). The 90 hours are required before you take the Arizona real estate exam. The 6 hour course can be taken post testing but before applying for your license.
STEP TWO
Pass the Course Final Exam – facilitated in person at The Forum.

Schedule and Pass the Arizona Real Estate License Exam.
Contact Pearson VUE at www.pearsonvue.com to schedule the state and national examinations. Be prepared to provide to the exam administrator two forms of current signature identification, including one government-issued I.D. with photo and the Salesperson Education Certificate for the 96 hours of schooling. There is also an examination fee. Fees are subject to change without notice.

STEP FIVE
Apply for Your License
Salesperson license applications must be submitted within one year from the date of passing the National and State-specific portions of the AZ real estate exam.
Submitting an application by 5 PM on the last business day of the one-year period will require a retake and passing of the State-specific and National examinations.

Contract Writing Course Certificate (a six-hour course is included in the Pre-Licensing package)

Disclosure Document Checklist Form (LI-400) *if applicable

Hire on with a Broker at the time of application as a Salesperson & Fee (complete Salesperson/Associate Broker Change Form LI-202), or hire on after licensing online for a reduced fee. The Designated Broker must access the ADRE online system to approve the hire prior to the licensee being legal to work.
